1. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can make your purchase as a guest, but creating an account has many benefits. It helps us save your data for your next order, but also helps you track your order and receive special coupons and discounts.
2. How much is the shipping and how long will it take to receive my order ?
Right now, we are offering free and fast delivery. It generally takes from 2 to 6 business days to receive the items in stock.
3. Where do you deliver ?
We currently deliver everywhere in Morocco. We unfortunately do not deliver internationally, but we promise to make that happen ASAP.
4. Do you have a physical store ?
No, we currently sell online through this website and we showcase some of our pieces in Beyt&co Maarif Casablanca. We will be present in more pop ups soon to let you experience our products in real life.
5. What if an item is not in stock ?
If an item is sold out, you can either pre-order it so you receive it on an estimated 2-4 weeks delivery time, or you can click on the Notify me when back button and you will receive an email once the item is back in stock.
6. Can I list a different delivery address, for example, if I want my order delivered to my work office ?
Yes, it’s possible to enter multiple delivery addresses. This way, we can deliver your order to the location most convenient.
7. I have a discount coupon, how do I use it ?
You can enter your discount code during check-out of your online order. The amount to be paid is immediately settled with this.
8. What If I want to buy some items as a gift ?
We offer you an option to buy as a gift. If you click on the gift button, you can actually write the name and address of the person you want to send a gift to.
9. I want more information about how to maintain the products
In the footer, under Downloads you can click on Maintenance & care, a PDF that has all the necessary information.
10. Do you have a catalogue ?
Yes, we do. You can find it in the footer under Downloads.
11. I don’t understand how to use the Refer a friend option
Basically, you start by referring a friend using their name and email. Your friend receives an email with their own 15% off discount coupon. Once your friend makes a purchase using the coupon they received, that’s when you also receive your own coupon. This way, you GIVE a 15% off discount coupon to your friend and then you GET a 15% off discount coupon as well. You have a duration of 48 hours for both you and your friend to use your coupons.
